Forever Balloon Services – Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions agreement between Forever Balloon and the customer in relation to the balloon decoration services provided by Forever Balloon. By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms.
- Booking and Confirmation: To secure our balloon decoration services, we will receive payment , when decoration will be done
- Payment: We accept payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or other payment methods as specified by us
- Cancellation and Refunds: In the event of cancellation by you, the initial deposit will not be refunded.
If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the event.
Changes and Modifications: Any changes or modifications to the decoration plan must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the event.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but cannot guarantee availability of specific items or alterations. - Setup and Access: We require access to the event venue at least 2 hours prior to the event start time for proper setup.
The event venue should be ready and accessible for setup as agreed upon, and any delays or complications arising due to venue issues will not be our responsibility. - Liability: While we take utmost care in setting up decorations, we cannot be held liable for any accidents, damages, or injuries caused by our decorations during or after the event.
You are responsible for ensuring that our decorations do not obstruct or hinder the safety of attendees or event activities. - Safety Precautions: Balloons can be a choking hazard and should be kept away from small children and pets.
We recommend not placing balloons near heat sources, open flames, or sharp objects. - Intellectual Property: Any designs, concepts, or ideas created by Forever Balloon are our intellectual property and cannot be replicated or used for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.
- Weather Conditions: In the case of outdoor events, we cannot be held responsible for damage or alterations to the decorations due to adverse weather conditions.
- Disposal and Cleanup: We will handle the cleanup and disposal of the decorations after the event. Additional charges may apply if extensive cleanup is required.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Forever Balloon operates.
- Agreement Acceptance: By engaging our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
